It depends on how advanced you are in meditation. At the beginning you have to get your mind used to entering into meditation, so it is best to try it in the morning and in the evening. Before going to bed and after spending the night, it is best to put the mind into an alpha state and more specifically calm state. It is easiest to put the mind into an alpha state of mind. On the Growraising® basic course, we will guide you through all the stages of relaxation and entering into deep meditation.
Being advanced, you can meditate several times a day, wherever you are. It is also possible to meditate while moving, such as in Tai Chi.
In which position can they meditate?
The meditation position should be comfortable for you. You do not need to torture yourself with special positions such as the Turkish sit or any positions you have never done in your life. It is difficult to calm down. It is difficult to quiet your mind if you feel pain in your body. Therefore, sit comfortably with your back straight without bending your legs and arms and start to meditate.

If you are dominated by destructive: emotions, fears, tensions, blocks, trances or stresses, it is a good idea to do sessions every week or every two weeks. At first, purify two intentions at the same time. Why? By purifying many intentions at the same time, you may experience a mix-up of energy and emotion in your life.
